Will my original be safe?
Yes, your original will never leave our location. We treat your original like it was our own. It will be returned to you in the same condition it was received.
Can you work from my digital scan, file or photograph?
Yes, but because we use top-of-the-line, professional equipment for the most accurate conversion, the finished print quality will be much better if we can work from your original.
If I get the digital file from you, can I just print it at home, online or from the big-box store?
Sure you could, but then you would just be perpetuating the same-old problem. Most of today's mass-produced, low-cost prints are poorly processed and will soon fade. To insure the maximum longevity of your image, we include a Heirloom PhotoArt ® Print with each photo repair order and provide low-cost Heirloom PhotoArt ® reprints for our restoration customers.
